Louisiana is Number One! (Thanks to Governor Jindal!)

Louisiana is Number One!  No I do not mean LSU (Congrats to LSU for winning the College World Series!) and alas not the Saints either!  But the Center for Public Integrity ranked Louisiana NUMBER ONE in financial disclosure for legislatures among the fifty states.  The report gives Jindal the credit:
