DID TORI SPELLING CONTACT FARRAH FAWCETT FROM THE DEAD?
There is a report about an alleged senace by a noted psychic attended by actress Tori Spelling. Allegedly, Farrah Fawcett came from the dead and spoke with Spelling. I can assure you that Farrah Fawcett did not contact Tori Spelling based on the Bible.
“…it is appointed for men to die once, and after that to die once, and after that come judgment,…” Hebrews 9:27(RSV)
Also see I Samuel 28 for the danger of dealing with mediums and psychics. This is the passage where a medium “calls up” Samuel, (who had died previously) for King Saul who then states that Saul will die the next day in battle (and he does). Regardless of whether The Lord intervened in this senace to call judgment on Saul, no person, believer in Christ or not, should fool with this sort of thing. The Bible condemns it:
“There shall not be found among you any one who burns his son or daughter as an offering, any one who practices devination, a soothsayer, or an augur, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a medium or a wizard, or a necromacer.” Deuteronomy 18:10-11(RSV)
