Congressman Ron Paul at Loyola University of New Orleans
My other political hero, Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) was a guest in the Pelican State last evening at Loyola University of New Orleans. Bayou Buzz reported Paul was greeted like a “rock star” and NOLA stated that the attendance was “nearly 1,000 students and community members on Loyola’s campus.” NOLA reported the audience was excited and enthusiastic:
The Texas congressman, speaking in shirtsleeves and interrupted frequently by applause, said the country could cut down on spending by ending wars and downsizing government.
